This week, I will dwell on what administrative mask can turn your boss into. ·          Because they are your leaders, you think that they have all the solutions and answers to all problems and questions. They don’t, but some pretend to do. ·          They have insecurities like you do about the uncertainties of life and what life holds tomorrow. Understand this and don’t expect much. ·          Some of them are kind hearted, wackos and crazy as you already have the facts. Let them be. ·          They will show favoritism to some and deal ruthlessly with some others. That is how it has been. ·          They are not saints neither are they devils. They are humans with frailties and faults. ·          They want more connections and contacts because no one knows or has it all. ·

When our leaders complain about poor medical facilities and still go abroad for medical examination, clearly explains this position. Do you have a journey that needs to be embarked on? Move speedily, because life is not about exodus but entry. Not about looking backwards but moving forward and having an image of possibilities about how tomorrow will be better than the “good old days”.
