As political activities heats up in Nigeria for the 2019 general elections it is necessary to add my voice to the ocean of other commentaries already available on many platforms on how to drive this process and make it a success.

We are inundated with plethora of posters and banners with different inscriptions of party logos and offices vied for. For some aspirants it is period to show to the electorates how photo friendly they are. But, is leadership about posters?

Leadership is not about how nice your poster might look. It is about how articulate and achievable your ideas of development are. It is about understanding the choices needed to be made and nurturing the courage to help drive the process.
The political space is now filled with dreamers, jokers and contenders to the throne. 

People need to be educated; people need to live in peace without molestation from terrorist or herdsmen.  people need jobs to make their lives productive.
Pause and know those who can deliver on these indices and wisely cast your vote without listening to propaganda.
