In 1972 Edward Lorenz an American Metrologist hypothesised that "Does the flap of a butterfly wing in Brazil set of a tornado in Texas?. He posited that  " A butterfly could flap its wings and set molecules of air in motion, which would move other molecules of air in turn moving more molecules of air eventually capable of starting a hurricane on the other side of the planet. The crux of his ideas is to show how small actions can generate dramatic and complex reactions.  It is equally called "chaos theory"(sensitive dependence on initial conditions).

Lance Morrow(1991) in his article 'Evil' tells us of a mother, who dresses her three children for school,  makes breakfast for them and let them watch cartoon.  She smokes some crack cocaine, then with a clothesline strangles two of her children and left the third gasping for life. When the police came, she tells them she loves her children and hadn't planned what she did. A peasant farmer in columbia may have grown the coca plants, a dealer may have sold the crack through a kingpin.  The effect of the cocaine consumption was murder of children in America.

The self immolation of a street vendor Mohamed Bouazizi on December 17th 2010 sparked the "Arab spring" from Tunisia to Egypt and the wave spreading to Yemen, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Syria, Algeria and making many government of the region to make policies that are development centered. However many  nations of the region have not recovered from the effect of the flapping of the butterfly's wing which started in Tunisia.

The  travel ban by Donald Trump on some countries followed the same butterfly effect because chaos was created in politics,economy and even having some religious colouration on some of the affected states.

The failure of the supervisory agencies in Nigeria like NAFDAC, has equally led to more fatalities regarding the production and  consumptions of fake and adulterated drugs and products.

The central point of this proposition is that  everything we do matter in the world today. Andy Andrews advises that  " BY YOUR HAND MILLIONS- BILLIONS- OF LIVES WILL BE ALTERED, CAUGHT UP IN A CHAIN OF EVENTS BEGUN BY YOU THIS DAY". 

When the works of your hands begins  to manifest,  let it be said that your positive contribution  healed a fractured world.
